Synopsis
Flower Valley shelters an orphan princess while battling an encroaching toxic threat, uncovering secrets about her mysterious origins and the sanctuary's fate.
In a world ravaged by the toxic Purple Demon Orchid, the sanctuary of Flower Valley remains a rare haven, shielded by the ancient Flower God Tree. The valley’s long-standing peace is tested when a divine beast arrives from the outside world, carrying a mysterious infant. Defying ancestral laws that forbid outsiders, the rulers of Flower Valley take the child in, raising her as Princess Peony. However, as the threat of the encroaching poison grows and the valley’s protective magic begins to falter, questions arise about the true nature of the princess and her connection to the survival of their home. As the shadow of the Orchid looms closer, the inhabitants of the valley must confront the secrets of their past and the uncertain fate of their sanctuary.
A cataclysmic natural disaster struck, and the Purple Demon Orchid proliferated rampantly in the human-inhabited valleys. Its poison could corrupt and kill, except for Flower Valley, which was spared thanks to the protection of the Flower God Tree. However, the peace of Flower Valley was shattered when a baby infected with the Purple Demon Orchid's poison, brought by the divine beast Phoenix from outside the valley, was brought in. The King and Queen of Flower Valley defied their ancestral rule of forbidding outsiders, taking in the baby, naming her Princess Peony, and raising her to adulthood. Suddenly, the Flower God Tree withered, and Princess Peony fell seriously ill, causing suspicion among the people of Flower Valley. Many petitioned the King to send Princess Peony away. Unable to sever her maternal bond, the Queen sought help from the Flower God Tree, willingly sacrificing herself to undergo a trial in the Black Barrier to bring back the Flower Soul. However, due to the Purple Demon Orchid's immense power, the Queen was trapped and never returned. Ten years later, Peony grew up, and the Purple Demon Orchid returned, plunging Flower Valley into unprecedented calamity. Princess Peony, remembering the Queen's teachings, embarked on an adventure with the Flower Soul Seed to save Flower Valley.
