Synopsis
A bored teen meets a nocturnal girl and must choose between daylight life and her hidden vampire-like world.
Kou Yamori, a restless 14-year-old, wanders the city at night to escape his daytime boredom. During one of his nocturnal strolls, he meets Nazuna Nanakusa, a mysterious girl who sleeps in an abandoned building and only appears after dark. Fascinated by her carefree lifestyle, Kou begins spending his nights with her, gradually discovering that Nazuna belongs to a hidden world that exists parallel to his own. As Kou grows closer to Nazuna and her unusual circle of nighttime acquaintances, he learns about their unique way of life and the special conditions required to join them. His friends Mahiru and Akira notice his increasingly odd behavior, while Kou himself must navigate the complexities of relationships that span two very different worlds. The story follows Kou's journey as he explores what it means to truly belong somewhere and whether he's willing to leave everything familiar behind for a chance at a different kind of existence.
