Synopsis
Fortune-teller Polka's hidden powers exposed, attracting dangerous attention and forcing allies to protect each other from mysterious threats.
Polka Shinoyama lives a quiet life running a fortune-telling shop, concealing his extraordinary abilities from the world. However, when circumstances force him to reveal his supernatural powers in public, he suddenly finds himself at the center of unwanted attention. Various mysterious individuals begin taking an interest in his divination cabinet, each with their own hidden agendas regarding his true identity. As Polka navigates this new reality alongside his companions, they become entangled in a complex web of danger and deception. When one of their own faces a perilous situation, Polka must rely on his closest allies to protect those he cares about. With threats emerging from unexpected places, Polka discovers that the world around him is far more interconnected and treacherous than he ever imagined.

Polka Shinoyama's life takes a dramatic turn after being forced to use his magical powers in public. His divination cabinet attracts the attention of several people hellbent on exposing his true nature as the reincarnation of Corpse God, a necromancer from the Other World. To make matters worse, Polka and his friends are framed for the murder of one of their protector's employees. When group member Takumi Kuruya is abducted by his former boss, Kuon Higuro, Polka sends his most trustworthy ally Misaki Sakimiya to their friend's rescue. It turns out that some of the recent incidents the group finds themselves caught up in are interconnected, and Polka needs to be twice as careful if he wants to make it out alive from this maze of pitfalls.
