When high school student Gorou Ono receives a mysterious text message promising to grant any wish, he impulsively uses it to act on his secret desires. But his moment of indulgence comes with unexpected consequences: a demon named Lall appears before him, declaring that he's now been drafted into a deadly competition to determine the next God of the world.
