Synopsis
Bullied boy bonds with wheelchair-bound heart patient, finding hope and perspective through their hospital friendship.
Kenichi is a 1st year middle school student who has been struggling with repeated bullying at school. After reaching a breaking point, he finds himself hospitalized following a desperate act. At the hospital, he shares a room with Jun Hayashi, an older student who has been living with a serious heart condition that confines him to a wheelchair. Despite their different circumstances, the two boys form an unexpected connection. Jun, who faces daily challenges with remarkable optimism, begins to influence Kenichi's perspective on life.
