Synopsis

Mischievous village boy Li Xiuyuan pursues heroism, uncovering ancient conflicts beyond Yongning Village.

In Yongning Village at the foot of Chicheng Mountain, mischievous young Li Xiuyuan dreams of becoming a hero. Though his well-intentioned efforts to help his sick mother and prove himself to the villagers often go awry, he never gives up on his aspirations. When mysterious events begin unfolding around him, Xiuyuan finds himself drawn into an ancient conflict that spans beyond his small village. As he embarks on an unexpected journey, he'll discover that the path to true heroism is far more challenging - and more meaningful - than he ever imagined.
