Synopsis

Cursed protagonist living one day every three years journeys to break his curse while discovering magic, friendship, love, and life's meaning.

This is a story about time, life, and humanity. The protagonist, Lin Changsheng, is cursed with the mayfly curse, living only one day every three years, born in the morning and dying at dusk, his life as fleeting as a mayfly. After unexpectedly learning that the curse can be broken, Lin Changsheng and his companion, Tong Zhihuan, embark on a journey to find a way to break it. Along the way, they meet new friends, awaken their magical powers, fight demons, find family and love, unravel the mystery of their origins, and experience the joys and sorrows of human life.
