Synopsis
Isolated girl in oppressive city uses imagination to animate discarded objects, defying tyrannical mayor's control.
In a city oppressed by a tyrannical mayor, young Bart finds herself increasingly isolated as fear drives others away. Living among discarded items and forgotten things, she discovers a unique ability to breathe life into the world around her through her imagination and resourcefulness. As she creates companions from the overlooked and abandoned, her unconventional existence draws unwanted attention from those in power who view her creativity as a threat to their control. This sets the stage for a story about resilience, the power of imagination, and finding hope in the darkest circumstances.
Bart is deserted when people escape from the cruel mayor. She recycles trans and makes a wish to bring her dolls made of trash to life. Upon discovering this, the mayor decides to burn Bart and her dolls. Her brother is lost in the struggle and Bart, too, becomes a refugee.
